True Presence Coaching
You know how some moms can thrive on checklists and coffee?
We are not those moms.
Maybe you're in a season where you are outnumbered by kids too little to help with chores.
Maybe you have a chronic illness and flareups constantly derail your plans.
Maybe your kids are neurospicy and fluctuate between academic brilliance and sensory meltdowns.
Whatever your challenge, your days are anything but smooth. You’re putting out fires and drowning in laundry. Your thoughts feel scattered and you can’t remember the last time you had control over your time.
That stops Now.
If you struggle with overwhelm from one (or more) of these…

…and any other challenges that make your family’s situation unique,
You’re in the right place.
Let’s make a plan for YOUR beautiful family.
I’m Kelsey, ND mom of four unique kiddos, chronic fatigue survivor and time-freedom coach for Catholic Moms.
I’ll help you find balance in your life and have time for the things that matter most.
The moms who work with me arrive feeling like their days are overstuffed and out-of-control and their fuel light is flashing a warning sign.
They walk away with the confidence and the skills to find and grow their circle of control and stay intentional, present and nimble in the midst of the craziness.
Virginia S says,
“I'm so thankful for my coaching experience with Kelsey.
I came to Kelsey looking for ways to be more productive and content with my daily routines and schedule, while still keeping the option of spontaneity in our daily lives. Kelsey helped me identify my true goals and make doable tasks that would help me be successful in achieving those goals. She taught me the importance of creating time to make a plan for each week and taught me what to do during that planning time.
These are tools I was never taught before and did not think would apply to my unique situation of homeschooling and having a child with special needs. She listened to all of my concerns and questions and helped lead me to solutions that worked. Now, a few months after our one on one coaching, my days are more productive and run more smoothly.
