Hey there,

I’m Kelsey!

I help Catholic Moms design their days ON PURPOSE so they can break free of overwhelm and be the Joyfully Present heart of their home.

Are you easily overwhelmed by interruptions, craft projects with glitter, and the giant mental load that comes with motherhood?

Confession: me, too.

When I first started this motherhood journey I was shocked at how hard it was to balance everything.

Even though I spent the first half of my career designing productivity systems, I learned the hard way that real moms of real, human children need something more than cleaning schedules and coffee to balance their time and energy.

The internet was full of mixed advice on parenting, routines, and homeschooling strategies, and I felt like my brain had about a hundred tabs open at all times and was operating at half speed.

If you feel like you are always running out of time and energy, that the mental load is leaving you zoned out and short-tempered with your family, you’re not alone. We’re sold a thousand conflicting ideals of motherhood each day, leaving us spinning between goals and overburdened with details.

I believe God made us for so much more than overwhelm.

I’ll teach you to manage your time and energy so you can show up as a calm, patient, and present mother and actually enjoy time with your kids.
I’m a certified coach, productivity expert, homeschooling mom of four, homesteader hobbyist, and totally non-judgemental burnout survivor.

Between nap strikes and unscheduled meltdowns, you need purpose-centered planning strategies that can flow with the unexpected surprises that come with family life.

Whether you work in the home or out of it, I’ll help you:

  • Cut through your brain clutter and manage the mental load

  • Set priorities and get back in touch with what YOU actually care about most

  • Heal your relationship with productivity

  • and manage your precious time and energy with intentionality.

Let’s connect.

What is a Time-Freedom Coach?

I used to use the terms productivity coach and time-management coach, but felt they just didn’t properly explain what I offer.

What I do is help you regain control of your time and create
empty space in your calendar to simply be present with God, your loved ones and even with yourself, without distraction and guilt. This isTime-Freedom.

“Don’t be so engrossed in the activities of Martha that you forget the silence and surrender of Mary. May the Virgin who reconciles both duties so well be your model and inspiration.” St. Padre Pio

Questions?

  • Coaching is a transformation accelerator. When something in your life is stuck, time isn’t gonna stop and wait for you to catch up. We know the trials and challenges of life force us to learn and grow. There are two ways to do that:

    1) unguided trial and error, or;
    2) with a coach and guide.

I help you skip years of sitting in overwhelm and figuring it all out on your own and give you a framework that you will be able to carry forward through the rest of your life to adjust to the ever-changing seasons of parenthood with peace and joyful presence.

  • Moms who come to me feel like their days are out of control. They are constantly torn between their many duties and roles and spread too thin to enjoy their homemaking, parenting or work.

After working together, their workload feels manageable and even enjoyable. They are calmer, happier and more engaged mothers. Here is what one of my clients had to say about our time together:

I'm so thankful for my one-on-one coaching experience with Kelsey. I came to Kelsey looking for ways to be more productive and content with my daily routines and schedule, while still keeping the option of spontaneity in our daily lives.

Kelsey helped me identify my true goals and make doable tasks that would help me be successful in achieving those goals. She taught me the importance of creating time to make a plan for each week and taught me what to do during that planning time.

These are tools I was never taught before and did not think would apply to my unique situation of homeschooling and having a child with special needs. She listened to all of my concerns and questions and helped lead me to solutions that worked.

Now, a few months after our one-on-one coaching, my days are more productive and run more smoothly. Even hard days have an easy plan I can follow. When I occasionally miss planning time I have enough of a foundation to get through until the next planning session. After one-on-one coaching with Kelsey my days feel very purposeful, fulfilling, and happy!

  • Coaching is about achieving a personal transformation. In this case, we work together to get to the root of your overwhelm and figure out how to balance your days for a well-ordered life, one where you actually have time for the things that matter without always feeling torn between your responsibilities and ten steps behind.

It’s important to understand that coaching is not therapy or spiritual direction. Just like hiring a personal trainer, it is goal-oriented and requires as much from you as it does from me. As your coach, I can give you powerful tools to gain clarity, overcome your obstacles and shape the life you want but only you can truly take the steps to bring about change in your life.

We meet alternating weeks for six one-hour sessions following my signature process. After each session you will be given assignments or exercises to help you make the shifts needed for each step. These are very manageable for even the busiest mom, usually taking less than 10 minutes a day, but they do require your committment to consistency.

  • There are always a few things to consider before diving in. First, you know how they say it takes money to make money? It’s the same thing with time. It takes time to make time.

You want to get some white space back on your calendar and stop feeling distracted and stressed out while you are spending time with your loved ones, but it’s gonna take a little extra time and effort to make that shift and build that intentional life.

Before signing up, ask yourself, are you willing to invest the time, attend ALL the coaching sessions and commit to consistently implementing the exercises to finally get that time-freedom you desire?

The total time commitment is one hour every two weeks for coaching and about 10 minutes a day otherwise for the exercises and assignments.

  • The signature package 12 weeks (6 sessions) is $500. We’ll work together to build sustainable routines and master the planning tools you need to hit your goals. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap, tools for resiliency to life’s unexpected twists and turns and the skills to break down your goals into manageable action plans.
