I’m Kelsey, ND mom of four unique kiddos, chronic fatigue survivor and time-freedom coach for Catholic Moms.

I’ll help you find balance in your life and have time for the things that matter most.

After joining True Presence, here’s how your life will change:.

  • Yes. That is a true strength of this course. As an ADHD mom to ND kids (disabilities included), this is VERY Neurodiversity-friendly.   • This is a self-paced membership. You could binge and complete all the library of lessons at once or move slowly through the material over several weeks or months and think deeply about each lesson.

    The lessons are each designed to be completed in less than 10 minutes a day over a four-week span. That’s because big life changes rarely happen overnight and lasting change takes some time to become a habit. A suggested schedule is included in the course workbook. Office hours are available for you to troubleshoot any roadbloacks and mindset blocks that are holding you up.

  • The bottom line is, yes. Absolutely.
